This wifi works amazing and came I. Super handy while touring, plus you can’t beat the price!

It was my first trip to Japan (10 days in Tokyo) in March 2023. Not speaking the language and traveling alone, I felt so lost and worried. The Japan Wireless wifi hotspot was a godsend. It allowed me to always have internet connection on my phone and able to navigate and get the most out of my journey. I kept the wifi with me everywhere and was able to use Google maps to get everywhere I wanted to go. Picking up the hostpot at Haneda airport and dropping it back off was easy too. Thank you, Japan Wireless, for making my first visit to Japan wonderful!

If you are a traveler without international phone service or local wifi, this device is absolutely worth the small cost! We were traveling in Japan from the US and having wifi everywhere was so helpful for locating maps, transportation and where to find the best Ramen.

Product was excellent, very good WiFi connaection throughout entire trip no matter of my location. I will certainly use this again.

Great service and the Wi-Fi router worked well. Customer service was friendly and quick to help. The Wi-Fi router had some issues in crowded areas but most of the time it worked perfectly.

This was the perfect connectivity solution for my family while in Japan. It was incredibly easy to get, set up and use for the duration for our trip, and it never got even close to low battery. Highly recommend.

For my first trip to Japan I was concerned about my cell phone speed so I rented a portable Wi-Fi. This was so easy to arrange and use. Once I was done with the Wi-Fi I could just drop it off at the post box in the airport. 10/10 would rent from this company again

This was delivered to my hotel on time, worked well & was easy to use. It was also easy to send back using the self addressed packaging provided.

We loved this device which worked even in areas where we wouldn't expect it to, like underground on the metro. The battery doesn't quite last a full day though, although very nearly, and the external powerpack it came with seemed pretty useless. So great as long as you top up the power with your own powerpack or mains power at some point in the day.
