Wifi reserved in advance on the internet, available on our arrival at the hotel. Subsequently the equipment was replaced immediately because defective and again available in another hotel. Service at the top. Without hesitation on our next trip I will choose Japan Wireless.

The company made it easy for me to pick up the device when I checked in to my hotel. I dropped it off at a postal box. It was indispensable while traveling.

This was such an easy process to get internet access while on our trip to Japan! I used it nonstop and liked the option to deliver to hotel and send back via mail. Super easy no hassel.

Lo recomiendo al 100%

Traveling with 2 teenagers makes internet availability a top priority. It was easy to use and really added to the succes of our holiday.

Truly, easy as could be. Worked perfectly, was waiting at my hotel, easy to set up, battery was long lasting. Never once lost Internet. Will use again and again when I visit!

I love how my order was handled. It was smooth transaction and I never had any issues with wifi signal. I will definitely avail this when I get back to Japan!

The premium mobile wifi indeed made my Japan trip more pleasurable. It enabled me to receive constant wifi service no matter where I was, and I literally went from Hokkaido up north, down to Kyushu, down south. Google Maps and all my other apps worked well with no coverage outage.

The mobile wifi was easy to order, pick up, use, and return. It was also very reasonably priced, compared to other competitors I checked out. It also came with an extra power pack at no added cost!

I will definitely order a premium portable wifi again when I return to Japan.

Im glad i got one. Its so convenient, when we arrived at the hotel, its already there. The front desk immediately gave it to me. Ive used it during our 10days japan trip. The dropoff, its so convenient as well. Well get one again when we visit japan next time

The pocket wifi worked well throughout the trip. The additional battery was helpful since the pocket wifi needed an extra charge to last the entire day. I did not receive a confirmation that the wifi was successfully returned via the postal system.
