Very good. Alles perfekt

I’ve already been using this pocket Wi-Fi from them and as usual didn’t disappoint me. Everywhere a great signal and worked perfectly. When I go back to Japan I’ll rent it again.

It was a good deal and everything is safe and well managed.

I rented this product for 2 week visit to Japan which included time in Tokyo, Kanazawa, and in the Japanese Alps, traveling by train and automobile. I was always able to access my email and other internet links as did my spouse. The package included a backup battery which I did not need as was able to recharge the device every night using the plug supplied.

As long as you let this charge up it is reliable and comes in handy. Never left home without it and never got lost once. Easy pick up, easy drop off, reasonable price.

I love that it comes with powerbank because we were out from morning till late night and the pocket wifi was able to provide internet for our 3 phones. Reliable and easy to use. Process of renting is seamless, from placing an order to returning. Definitely will recommend

The pocket wifi was very easy to pick up, set up, and the connection was always fast and reliable when not underground. The back-up battery proved very useful because the device would run out of power around 8-10 hours of constant use. Overall no major issues.

Worked great for our trip to Japan!

We had a 10 day vacation in Japan last month, we used this pocket wifi everyday outside from 8am til 11pm. It comes with a 5000mAH powerbank incase you need more juice. We only used the powerbank a couple of times because thenpocketwifi battery is good. Reception and speed is fast. It work in bullet trains and subways. There are a few times signal was lost, but it comes back again. Two mobile phones are connected to it all the time and we never had a problem with connectivity. It is easy to use, to return, and cheaper than esim. Your phone battery will also last longer because you only use wifi not mobile data.

This is the second time I availed their portable wifi and it never fails to provide excellent service. I’ve been to Nagoya, Osaka and Tokyo, and coverage was great. I didn’t have any trouble connecting during my travel.
