Convenient and the speed is very fast

Easy ordering for out of town traveler. Delivery was on time. Great rate and great service.

I had two Premium WiFi devices. Delivery to my Osaka hotel was smooth. The parcel was at the reception when I arrived. WiFi connections during 2 weeks period were excellent and without any disruption. The return was easy & simple at the airport.

Great pocket wifi. Very dependable.

Easy to order from Australia. Value for money. Pick up and drop off was simple. Made travelling so easy with with unlimited use for things such as maps, translating and communication to other countries. I would highly recommend.

Easy to use and essential for a tour of Japan. System of returning by post was very good. The device was at our hotel on check in as requested

Much needed. First time having a pocket wifi in japan. It made the trip so much better. Easy navigation from the train station. Could meet my friends without having to connect to free wifi in the area or at my hotel. Used to travel old school way by just reading signs or remembering surrounding areas. Now I can travel Japan on my own. Thanks!

Smooth transaction. Very convenient. Thank you very much for an excellent service.

Everything went great. Even though i ordered a week before entering Japan. Thank you!

It’s easy to book , easy to operate and easy to return . This is exactly what a tourist needs. It’s hassle free.
