The portable WIFI unit was very helpful, was delivered to hotel on time, came with simple instructions and was easily returned. The translator was more challenging but still useful.

Keeps us connected all throughout our trip to Japan. Unlimited data. More affordable than the overcharged roaming fees for mobile carrier.

This was a useful option. It was very specific to Japan mainly. The only this with Japan Wireless is that it is pretty expensive. It However is very useful if you’re able to afford it.

Nothing more can be asked to the Supplier. Routers work perfectly, power bank allows you a daily cover. Strongly suggested.
