The service was very good, as promised the unit was left for us in the hotel to pick up on arrival in Tokyo & wifi availability was great through out our stay & it was easy to return as well. Would use them again

I have rented from a few other companies and this one is hands down the best. Their equipment is excellent-battery power lasted all day and they had an extra battery pack.

This is the best and cheapest pocket WIFI you can get for Japan.
