Fast, always on WiFi. So convenient and essential.

we stayed at japan for 10 days using this product and we din't encounter any problem. we hade 5 devices connected everytime we were outdoors. product was delivered at our hotel where I registered my address would be. drop off was at the airport's post office. very convenient. lovet thank you for the good product. came in handy and helpful

We were able to get around and booked rides, navigate because of the pocket wifi. We were glad we rented this plus the pocket interpreter. Been useful several times when they couldnt understand us.

Easy pickup at Haneda and drop off. Multiple users over 2 weeks across Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto with very few issues (occasionally needed to restart the WiFi hub).

Easy process, good service. Thanks.

Super simple, picked it up at the airport, turned it on and we were online, all 3 of us. It's small (as small as a small mobile phone) and the battery lasted the whole day each day.

Returning it was also super easy, using the provided envelop I just dropped it in a mailbox.

Super reccomended.

Very nice item. Worked well.

The 2 pocket wifis we rented were very good! Fast internet! Thank you so much!

Pick up and drop off experience was top notch. We got it at the hotel and dropped it off at the airport mailbox. In terms of connectivity, it's only 3 stars out of 5 as it's unstable. Overall, still satisfied as we were able to use Google maps without trouble.

Their Wi-Fi unit was awesome. It also came with a battery charger and the cables to charge both the battery and the Wi-Fi unit. It was very simple to use. Read all the directions if you get a little confused.
