Very good company and service

This is the 2nd time I have had the experience of using JW: the first was using a data SIM which a friend bought when were still in Manila for our trip in Oct-Nov 2022 and the second was buying/using a pocket wifi for a family trip (3 pax) last July 11-22. The data SIM worked perfectly on my locked mobile device. It was like 'plug and play,' unlike the data SIM my Jap colleague bought in Japan for me which didn't work on either locked or unlocked cell phones. Then last month, I rented a pocket wifi from JW; using it was easy peasy. We could connect more than 3 devices at the same time, and wifi connectivity was strong. I have recommended JW before and would def get them again the next time I visit Ja-fun, which I hope would be soon.

The device worked perfectly during our 10 day trip to Japan.

Worked everywhere even Isigaki. No issues and would use the service again.

It worked really good. Great value for money and it's best advantage was that it was unlimited. The data never ended. Great coverage along the country.

The system was perfect

I was incredibly happy with the portable wifi device, it worked perfectly for my trip. I will definitely use again on my next visit!

Japan wireless was hands down amazing the whole system and set up was prefect I recommend it to anyone travelling.

We traveled all over the country (as a family, 2 adults and 2 young people). The internet connection was very stable and fast. Japan Wireless doesn't disappoint!

This WIFI hotspot works very well. It has a strong connection in many of the places I've visited on Japan. The only issue I've sometimes had is that the screen can turn on and change menus in my pocket. This has resulted in accidently blocking phone numbers of people I communicate with.
