Amazing experience!

Great experience…highly recommended

The portable Wi-fi can technically support 5 devices, but whenever my friend sent videos to family members, it would take all the bandwidth of the Wi-Fi. Otherwise, it worked great even when we were 3 people connected.

Very easy to follow instructions, simple to use. No problems with pick up, provided with all packaging materials needed to drop off. Must have for traveling. No issues with service in Tokyo or Kyoto.

We were thrilled with both the quality and service we received from Japan Wireless with the rental of our pocket Wi-Fi that we used for two weeks during a recent vacation throughout all of Japan. It worked flawlessly, regardless of our location or circumstances. We highly recommend this product and would definitely use again!
