Very happy with the service. The wifi interface was really good and it lasted for majority of the day. Really appreciated the spare battery that came with the pack.

It works very well! Great service

It is very reliable, convenient and provides fast internet connection for all four of us in the family.

Really good Wifi, have been ordering at Japan wireless for 5 years. They never disappoint!!
Works everywhere. Reliable.

I used it during our 3 weeks trip in Japan. It even worked in an acceptable way for a video call in the bullet train!
Great device for the price! Roaming charges on my cellphone (Europe) would have killed me.

So easy to get their portable WiFi. No problems; very reliable. Have been using Japan wireless since 2016 and never changed.

Fast internet. Comes with power bank. Faster than hotel WiFi even.

Everything works as they announce.

Il servizio funziona bene. Ritiro e consegna semplici. Ricezione buona, non sempre ottima. Gli apparecchi si surriscaldano molto. La powerbank è un po' scarsa. Tutto sommato un buon servizio.

Very reliable
Easy setup great price

Excellent service , reach and constantly service
