Pocket wifi was excellent. So great to be able to access all information when needed. Made travel so easy. The unit was there when I arrived at my accommodation and came with an envelope which made airport drop off so easy. Highly recommend

Unfortunately I had to reset the device a couple of times but was able to call customer support and talk to a real person who helped me. Super organized and dependable!

My pocket wifi was conveniently waiting for me at my hotel as I checked-in. Connection was strong and fast throughout my trip around Japan. Battery power lasted through each day. Conveniently dropped it off at the airport mailbox before my departure. Thumbs up!

I purchased this for 12 days recently and it was very good. Delivered on time to my hotel, excellent battery and wifi speed and coverage, and easy return.

Very efficient and easy to use. So affordable too. Keep up the best customer service. Will use it again for sure !

Great service always had a signal easy pickup easy drop off would use again.

Excellent We had it during our vacation in Japan, it was greatly used and a big helped

Very reliable and the battery lasted all day. Waited for sale and got 2 as there was 4 of us. Easy return at airport.

loved it and great service most of our trip. limited slow down of service.

Great service throughout Japan except in deep valleys which was expected. My biggest issue is the returning of the device was less than clear and they should have provided a tracking number. I did send an email asking if they received the device and they responded very quickly that they did receive the device which is outstanding. Another issue is they should mention to search for Post Boxes to place the return package.
