This device was invaluable for our recent Japan trip, couldn’t have done without it. Especially with using google maps constantly in our travels. So much better than getting a Japanese SIM card. Highly recommended. Oh and delivery to our hotel was perfect and drop off at the airport easy.

This technology worked great while I was traveling in Japan. Japan Wireless communications were prompt and it was responsive to my requests. Incredibly easy to order and to return.

I had great coverage everywhere I went from Utsunomiya area north of Tokyo to Kitakyushu area in south of Japan and all the many places between as well as while traveling on the Shinkansen. I had 2 to 3 devices connected most of the time and the battery kept all day. I never needed the extra battery charger. Will use Japan Wireless on my next visit to Japan.
