The device was small, light and portable. It was also completely reliable. Loved it!

My unit had a great signal in just about all places I traveled including Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and e en more remote areas of hokkaido. Price was good. Battery life lasted the day.

It was super easy and I believe it was very affordable given the fact that we used our WiFi all day and all night! We chose to only connect to this WiFi instead of the hotel WiFi because it felt more secure. I consider this a travel necessity and it was easy to pickup at Haneda airport and easy to drop off (literally at Haneda Airport)

My flight arrived at 10:15pm and I only had 5 minutes after I got out of the custom, they were so courteous

I used this device during my 2 week trip in Japan. Connectivity was amazing! I even got great coverage while on the trains and underground stations. While underground a low or no signal did occur on occasion, but it was rare. I was in Tokyo, Sapporo, Rusutsu, and Osaka. The connection was strong everywhere. Battery life was great! You get a battery pack. I only used it once when I was out very late at night. But a full charge overnight will last you nearly all day. Carrying the battery pack and cord is easy. Very minimal space is required. I recommend this product!

The speed is good, and so is the reception. The only problem is that the battery doesn’t really hold for 24 hrs, as it was advertised

Getting the pocket wifi unit and returning it at the end of our Japan trip is so easy. The pocket wifi is also reliable with stable internet connection.
