I ordered the WiFi from home, paid online, and had it delivered to the hotel. Very convenient. The WiFi worked very well. It came with a back up battery and a charger. An envelope was sent with the WiFi to make sending back the devices through the Japan post. There is a post box at Haneda airport so I dropped it off after I checked in with the airline. Thank you for making it easy!

I ordered Japan wireless Internet dongle with unlimited data for 10 days, I got it delivered on time before I reached hotel and the coverage was very good. The return package was also easy, just we need to drop the cover at Airport after we do check in

Everything was great, smooth pick up experience at Narita Airport and we resolved the "problem" of mobile data for a very resonable price.

Had to buy one instead of the sim card because I rented the translator also. Both are good. The instructions are easy to understand, easy to use and easy to return since there is a postbox at the airport.

Was great for quality internet access and wireless no contact payment. I had internet/ wifi access everywhere. Very Pleased!

Wifi is very good. Battery is long time that i dont even need to use the powerbank as long as i charge it full in the morning
