total worth it if you have a family of phone addicts!

Easy, reliable, inexpensive

The pocket wifi awaited me at my hotel just as promised. Great service. Wifi worked perfectly throughout my stay in Japan.

It was easy to get the product at the Narita Airport and put it to work and connect to it.
After that. all days the equipment worked correctly. Only one day it exhaust the internal battery, but connecting the external battery provided we follow using it.
At the post office in the 4th floor of the Narita Airport we put it the envelope with the equipment to give it back.
The only thing that we notice was that the charger get very hot when charging the equipment and the battery, and it seems that some times it stop the charging and start the charging again. As we charge it at night it was not important because all days the equipment was totally charged at the morning.
I'll repeat contracting the service if I had the luck to go back to Japan again.

The pick up and drop off services were exemplary. The WiFi was very good and reliable. It worked all over Japan. However the external power bank provided stopped working after a few days. We managed but would have been better with a more reliable and robust power bank.

Our wi-fi died after 1 week and 5 days, we had 2 days left in Japan. I emailed customer service, and they shipped a replacement wifi same day to our hotel. I would definitely use this service again for future travels.

Funziona molto bene, la carica dura circa 12 ore poi in dotazione c'è un Powerbank. Lo abbiamo usato per 14 giorni collegati in 4 contemporaneamente. Facile ritiro e deposito in aeroporto.
