I booked the wifi box online prior to our three week trip to Japan. We arrived in Japan and followed the directions provided by Japan wireless for pickup. The directions were very clear and pickup was easy. We used the wifi box for the entire trip. Every day our group of 4 would use the wifi box for travel directions, communicating with family back home with absolutely no issues at all. When our trip was over we followed the easy directions provided by Japan wireless for the return. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. Japan wireless even provided the return envelope with postage included. We returned the wifi at Narita airport prior to departure. This was our third trip to Japan and we always use Japan wireless wifi box and it has never let us down. I would highly recommend using the wifi box.

Turned it on put it in my backpack, spent the whole 8 days sightseeing in Japan with no issues in good and bad weather. There were 6 people connected to it.
Thank you JW!

We rented a pocket WiFi device from Japan Wireless during our recent trip to Japan, and it made everything so much easier. The connection was fast and reliable everywhere we went—from busy cities to quieter areas—and the battery easily lasted a full day. Setup was simple, and having constant internet access for maps, translations, and bookings was a huge help. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Japan!

I had the best experience with Japan wireless, recommend it also to my Friends 👍

Fonctionne très bien

A very easy and professional experience with this company and their product! I would use this product again and recommend it to travelers visiting Japan for the first time!

Top Ware! Nur zu empfehlen

Great experience with this pocket WiFi product. The free power bank was exactly what I needed to have uninterrupted WiFi for my entire trip. This device was convenient, easy to use and set up and affordable. I only had to make sure it was always in my backpack.

I’ve used this WiFi for all my trips to Japan. It is easy to purchase and excellent for multiple people to use. Highly recommended when finding a cheaper WiFi option.
