I would highly recommend this service. The portable wifi packages were waiting for us in our hotel. The wifi was reliable throughout the holiday and the packages were easy to return

Very easy to order, pick up, set up and post back. A 10/10 product that saw us using good connections all over Tokyo. Highly recommended and a must have if traveling in Japan 👍

We had enough wifi to watch movies and call home. There is an extra battery in case you forgot to load the wifi box. We had wifi everywhere we went even on more remote islands.

Great service and a great pocket wifi. We had on our trip trough Japan always wifi! Next time we will order again.

Very simple collection and drop back via the mail Post service. The portable charger was also very handy.
Never ran out of data. Highly recommend

Japan Wireless made it very ease to use the mobile wifi during our family trip in Japan. Next time I will do the samen. The device was sent to our first hotel, connecting. Connecting with multiple devices was easy. During the our whole trip we were all connected which is very useful when traveling around. On our last day we could just put the device in the envelope we got and put it in the mailbox at the airport.

No problem at all good product connection ok even in the shikansen

The whole proces of getting, using an returning the pocket wi-fi was seamless. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

I go to Japan on a regular basis and this was the first time that I used the Japan Wireless WiFi. I was truly very impressed with the service. I travelled to several different cities while on this trip and the coverage and speed of the service was excellent no matter where I was. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who has never travelled to Japan before and to even those who are familiar with the amazing technologies of Japan.

Very fast and reliable.
Worry free and smooth delivery of portable wifi.
