Best decision ever I pick up my pocket WiFi at ninja store just show my passport and done.. 8 days none problem at all…day number 8 when got out of the airport limousine there was a post box Drop it inside and done just like that…two days later I received a email that they got my equipment and account closed.. outstanding experience..just as advertised THANK YOU Japan wireless..I will recommend 100%

used it for the 2 weeks i was there and it worked super well. 100% recommend

Great WiFi coverage and never dropped regardless of where we went. Speeds were fantastic and consistent. Enough speed for 3 people to do as they pleased on the go.

We rented a portable wifi while in Hiroshima. Arranged the rental weeks ahead of arrival and had it shipped to our hotel. Unit was in our room when we arrived and setup was quick and easy. We had coverage through our whole trip and never had any problems. At the end of our trip we dropped off the return envelope at our hotel front desk. Highly recommend for anyone that doesn’t have an unlocked phone to use an eSIM.

very good!.........;-)

Most of the time it works perfect but sometimes it lost its signal but then you have to have to click the power button and restart, then it works again!

Very good and stable

The pocket wifi was very useful on my trip. It had long battery life and always had good signal throughout Japan.

Access to premium WIFI makes family holiday experience incredibly easy in Japan. No constraints for teenagers to explore Japan online.

Easy and perfect solution to stay connected in Japan
