Didn’t work in Osaka but otherwise was great in Tokyo and Kyoto

We had almost constant service for our data SIM. I was very pleased with the coverage and cost.

Wi-Fi was very convenient, only issue was that the battery would run out. If we did not plug into back up battery in time Wi-Fi would not work.

This is the second time I've rented from Japan Wireless and once again it worked flawlessly. The pocket wifi was waiting for me at the hotel. Easy to set up and use. Mailed it back at the airport. I'll be renting again in a couple of months.

I would recommend the product and service to anyone travelling to and in Japan

We chose the unlimited high speed plan, coverage was truly awesome. Truly unlimited and no speed throttling. Easy and clear pickup instructions and easy returns. No complains and highly recommended!

Poket wifi semplice da utilizzare. Munito di una power bank altrettanto funzionale e di accessori per la ricarica e di un borsello in stoffa per custodirlo. Semplice il ritiro e la consegna. Connessione eccellente.
