It was quick to access and the process of dropping it off was easy as well.

The eSim was very easy to use. If you don't normally use a lot of internet, this would be good to use. Japan also have free wifi everywhere as well so you may not need to use your internet as much.

Twice I've used Japanwireless. Twice I was very happy. I did hit a small issue with the plug for the charger but I was helped very well by customer service. The response time and solution to the problem was very well done. I will probably continue to use Japanwireless in the near future. Net speed was fast, unlimited and very affordable. Compared to other services, Japanwireless is the best

Our portable wifi worked perfectly during our visit to Japan. 2 people with 2 devices each and always connected. Would recommend.

Excellente and very handy

We use this pocket Wi-Fi during our two week holiday in Japan. The device was waiting in our hotel when we arrived and we posted it back from the airport at the end of our trip. It worked really well and we had full connection everywhere we went (Tokyo, Fuji, Yokohama, Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, Hiroshima). We would absolutely recommend this pocket Wi-Fi device.

The equipment was easy to use and I used it a lot for navigation around Japan. I did not have to use the back up power pack but was nice to have just in case. The pick up and drop off was easy at the NRT airport. There’s a post box drop off right at the entrance before entering security to your gates. Connectivity was good and never had any issue from that perspective.

Really good service. Everything was flowless.

Very good product. Very easy to use. Very good battery (more than 12 hours with 3 GSM connected). But the recharge cable was becoming old, it was quite difficult to get it work every evening to recharge the battery.
