We received the wireless package at our hotel, used it for two weeks without any problems, returned it simply by giving it to our hotel concierge who mailed it for us. What more can a person ask of a wireless service while on vacation? Highly recommended.

I rented a pocket wi-fi from Japan Wireless for two weeks on our recent visit to Japan. The procedure for ordering and collecting was easy and efficent. The wi-fi worked well in Tokyo and Kyoto, although it did need re-charging by early evening. JW do provide a portable charger so there should not be a problem of the wi-fi running out of gas. If we do re-visit Japan I would be very happy to rent a pocket wi-fi from Japan Wireless again.

since 2 weeks we arrived in jpn, we got a very reliablefast connection. tje box is on all day and is around 30% battery level at the end of the day. would highly recommend japan-wireless!

had no problems with the unit came with a battery pack as well that i used for my phone as the battery in the wifi lasted 8 hrs plus , will 4 of us connected.
