We had wifi everywhere we went, it was great for finding our way in cities like tokyo, osaka and hiroshima.

Delivery to our first hotel worked out well, it was waiting for us when we arrived.

An absolute must when travelling through Japan, super easy to find for pick up and get connected, return via post from your return airport

I recently spent two weeks in Japan and requested Japan Wireless to send a pocket Wi-Fi to my hotel in Tokyo. When I got there the router was at the reception desk with all the instructions, a power bank, the envelope to return the device and a very handy zip bag which kept everything safe and easily accessible in my bag during the day. Fantastic service. Will definitely order again during my next trip to Japan!

Did not let us down the entire trip, had signal even when we were not in the city. The power bank was very handy since the battery of the device lasts only about 3/4 of the day.

It lasted all day and rarely lost connection. I definitely would get this again.

Impossible to travel as a foreigner in Japan without it.
Very helpful the power bank provided so it can last about 2 days!

Very reliable connection in all cities we visited in Japan. Straight foward and easy instructions on how to use. Battery lasted all day on the pocket wifi with a single full charge.

We rented a Pocket wifi for 3 Weeks and it worked perfectly.

Delivering to the post office at the airport was convenient. Signal strength was great, even in the subways. The included return envelope is also very convenient for dropping off at the airport on the day of departure. Prices are good when the bigger companies charge extra to take advantage of tourists.

Everything was great - the package was shipped to my hotel, and I was able to drop it off at the airport at the end of my trip. No problems with anything - would rent again!
