Pick up was very easy from the airport and dropping the envelope into a mailbox later was even easier. The wifi was easy to use and also came with a small power bank that we used a couple times to charge our phones. As long as we charged the pocket wifi the night before, we'd have it for the rest of the day. It was really great!

Amazing how reliably everything worked. Perfect wifi like at home everywhere in Japan. Convenient pick up ad drop off in normal mail boxes. Highly recommended.

Great service and price

The pocket wifi unit worked everywhere I went and it was great knowing I had reliable connection even in a mountainous region I went. The one time it seemed to not work as well, I rebooted it and was it back on track. It also did not drain the power from my iPhone while using it. I never needed to use the extra free battery that comes with the rental. I love the ease of pick up at the airport and returning it by post also at the airport. They provided everything I needed to drop the unit into the mailbox. Very happy with Japan Wireless. Highly recommend!

vey practical and convenient

I have booked 2 router, both worked in a very stabil way, nearly everywhere, only 2 areas were unstable, around Mount Fuji, Hakone area and during rides from Metro-Station to Metro-Station, what is normal in my opinion.
For my next trip, Japan Wireless is my first choice! Never change s running system 😊
