Had a great experience

Best product ever

Last time I went with w/e wireless I found and I thought I was ok. Boy was I wrong. Not only was Japan Wireless faster, but it cheaper in price! Add on the fact that the retrieval process and the return process were sooo much easier. Definitely getting it again when I come back

I can’t recommend enough Japan Wireless, it arrived on time to our hotel and the WiFi was flawless from the start. Easy to use and to return and the price was accesible and worth it. Would use it again without a doubt.

Japan Wireless delivered directly to our hotel and the device had perfect wifi signal for all over Tokyo and Hakone and Kyoto. Simply had to keep it charged overnight and the device had about 12hrs of battery! Highly recommend for wifi in Japan!

I can’t immagine my stay in japan without the wifi .
Easy to order
Easy to get at the airport
Easy to drop off.

Having rented a Mobile Wi-Fi simplified greatly our trip in Japan and the overall services provided par Japan Wireless could have not been any better. DiDo from Canada

Problem free order and pick up. The best pocket wi-fi you can order in Japan. Great price and performance.

high speed, good reception all over japan, easy to pick up at airport post office and return there on departure

My hotspot was delivered to my hotel and was waiting for me when I arrived. It was easy to use and included a spare battery. Easy to return at Kyoto post office next to the train station. My only complaint was that the hot spot was old and a little beat up. After my online complaint they discounted a portion of the rental cost. VERY SATISFIED.
