Great customer care!

Japan Wireless wifi services were very helpful to me for the whole trip in Japan. Receiving a Wi-Fi device and sending it back after the trip was seamlessly convenient. I highly recommend the "Japan Wireless" Wifi service!

Great pocket wifi. Never had signal losses or issues with the device

We had WiFi for 3 weeks during a roundtrip in Japan. It has functioned perfectly all the time. Picking up at the airport and returning it in the enclosed envelope was very easy.

Fantastic pocket WiFi! The connection was consistently fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected throughout our trip. The battery life was also impressive – even when we were out all day, it didn’t die on us. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable internet on the go!

Great product and service

Very easy to pick up (clearly indicated) and to return (enveloppe provided). Works well everywhere we went in Japan. The only reason I did not give it a 5-start rating is that the battery does not last long (they provide you with a portable charger) and that you have to make sure that you don't move the wifi box at all when you charge it or it will stop charging. Once I figured this out, it was perfect.

The product was very simple to use and also reliable. It was fast enough for me to do my work when I used it on my laptop. Highly recommended!
