Was in Japan for 2 weeks, the pocket wifi was perfect and helped throughout the whole trip. Will be using it again the next time I visit.

The support team is excellent. Highly recommend this service provider

Purchasing from Japan wireless is the best thing I did during my Japan visit. I encountered some problems but they were very quick to fix it. I appreciate how they handled situation and never encountered any problem since. The internet was fast and reliable. Will definitely purchase from them again!

We carried the pocket WiFi and a power pack in our backpack for e weeks in Japan. We needed the power pack but were able to stay connected for 2 mobile for the duration of our stay. It was brilliant.

Renting it was easy, getting it at the airport was not hard and I used it for 13 days and it worked great. Will definitely rent it again.

This worked very well for me while in Japan. Several friends logged in and I never ran out of bandwidth. A very workable solutions for the short term.
