Trusted by Travelers from all over the world
I used the JW pocket wifi for the second time and everything worked fine as expected. On time and reliable delivery to hotel. Very easy setup, adequate battery performance (2 users) - makes holidays in Japan much easier. For my next visit I've already ordered a SIM card to check the coverage etc. It may be easier as you do not have to carry an additional advice.
Very good. Arrived at time at Hotel and no problem in all japan visited areas. Best choice for me...
Best and reliable internet connection
It's our first time to use the portable WiFi on our vacations in Japan. I have to say, it was a very pleasant experience with Japan Wireless. The device was posted to our hotel before we arrived. It was very easy to use (plug in and go). During our trip, it worked perfectly all over. The service from the company was very quick, professional and friendly. We will definitely use Japan Wireless again in future when we come back to Japan. Thank you.
Japan Wireless was top notch. Great service. Easy to use. And step by step instructions from pickup to drop off.
Awesome! Quick speed. Super easy to pick up and drop off
Long lasting battery, excellent signal, light weight and great to have an external battery for emergencies. Even though I never needed it cause the battery ir self last all day !!!
We are so glad we rented our pocket Wi-Fi for our recent trip to Tokyo! Japan Wireless made it so easy with convenient pick up and mail drop return of the device. The device came charged and the included external battery ensured we had non stop service everywhere we went. Made it easy to use maps, text messages and post pics from our journey on Instagram. The next time I visit Japan I am certainly renting this WiFi again!
Delivery and return of the router was perfectly organised.
The usage description and functioning of the device was perfect too. During our 1 month stay in Japan we were never one moment without internet.
Thank you!!!
Very fast order processing. Various payment methods possible. Accurate information about additional costs. A rich set of devices.
