Cheap yet reliable and efficient

Great service. Thank You!

The customer service team i dealt with during our changes due to covid19 and we accidently took the device back home and they couldnt be nicer or more helpful and all these events were not their fault but they certainly didnt penalise me as much as they could have and were very understanding to my plight. Highly recommend and will use again 100% next time I am in japan!

Excellent service every time I’m in japan

Would not do a trip to Japan without using mobile wifi from Japan Wireless. Outstanding coverage and speed it perfect even on the Shinkansen at 300km/h. Looking forward to next years trip to Japan.

I have always had good experience when doing business with Japan wireless

Delivery to hotel worked well, return is easy

I had great internet everywhere I went! One small issue is that the WiFi stopped working when too close to the charger provided (metal?) so we had to use personal ones we brought on the trip. No big deal. We also had to leave Japan one week early due to COVID-19 raising travel advisories to level 4 in the US, limiting and halting international flights. Japan-Wireless emailed me promptly after receiving the pocket WiFi eight days early worried if I was upset with their service. Which I never was, but it was nice they asked. They then offered to refund me for the days I didn’t end up using. That was the sweetest thing. I’ll definitely use them again the next time I get to come back to Japan!

Very good connection! Very easy to return and pick up

We found this company easy to deal with the device was delivered to our hotel we had a little problem with the first unit and they were quick to replace it so we still had access to wifi
