My order for pocket Wi-Fi was handled quickly and seamlessly, I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless!
Used the Wifi for 3 months while in Japan and did not experience any problems.
Customer service are very attentive and always helpful. In my experience, I arrived late and didn't pick up the device on time but luckily they deliver it to me the next day. I am so glad they could tend to my request. Most importantly their pocket WIFI has signal almost everywhere
This was one of the best decisions ever. I travel to Japan 4 to 5 times a year and this is the best way to ensure connectivity. Convenient and easy from start to finish
