Easy communication, prompt delivery to my hotel - arrived the day after I ordered it. Comes with a battery pack and charger which was very thoughtful. Return was simple and instructions are clear, I placed everything in the provided envelope and dropped it off at the airport postbox on departure. The wifi unit itself worked flawlessly wherever I went and lasts the whole day. Would definitely use this service again next time I visit Japan. Highly recommended!

I like how the merchandise is delivered to the hotel. So convenient

Very good connection and perfect organisation. The stay in Japan was very easy with that wireless

I used the sim cards multiple times over the past years and never had trouble. Messengers, web surfing, and maps work well, delivery has always been on time.

Awesome way to have internet the whole trip. Great convenience for pickup and drop off. Highly recommended

Well worth doing , great speed and access to the internet

The process was very easy and the rates good. Would recommend

I have used Japan Wireless in October 2022 and will be using them again in March 2023. The pocket wifi device was easy to use and had a good internet connection through out Japan.

Convenient and easy to use.

I used the Ninja branded Japan Wireless SIM card for 10 days in December 2022 during my travel. Simple and fast instructions to install and get up and running as my temporary JP primary account with my US eSIM as my secondary account. They even included the tiny SIM tray tool to open the SIM tray. I did have to figure out on my own how to set up the hotspot on the Japan Wireless account but that wasn’t too hard. The fast wireless speeds combined with ease of use make this a recommended buy when traveling in Japan. Reasonable prices too. I’ll purchase again when I travel to Japan again.
