When I was younger and visiting Japan I used hotel wifi or subway wifi, which was sufficient, but very cumbersome. Now that I'm older and wiser and also trying to manage a small business while still being on a family vacation I went with Japan Wireless. Most of my friends know someone who travels abroad for business and they recommended Japan wireless over others for ease of use and transparency. No data throttling in my case. I was able to take a midnight bus to Osaka and take care of ordering and buying inventory back in Houston effortlessly. I was able to modify my return trip while ambling about in Sasebo's Huis Ten Bosch when a new better arrangement materialized. I was able to send photos and videos to my family back home in Houston while riding the subway to different destinations. I wish I had used Japan Wireless earlier. It was very convenient to find the kit in my hotel upon arrival and to return was so simple. Don't think just get Japan Wireless! You wont regret it.

Excellent service! The pocket WiFi was already waiting for us when we checked in our hotel. We used it a lot, and would have been lost without it! The written instructions made it easy to set up and easy to return at the airport as well. We will definitely use it again on our next trip. Thank you so much.

Around 15.00 I ordered it and it was at my hotel by 10.00 the following day. 5 users had no issues at all and sending it back could not have been easier. The best solution to avoiding huge hire costs via tradeshow organisers and fantastic coverage. Could recommend it more!!
