The wifi connection was great and they delivered straight to my hotel which was very convenient. The only issue was the battery life and it was a bit inconvenient to carry around.

It’s perfect service for the tourist

It was a really good deal, and worked well—an absolute must if you are driving a car without GPS (or can’t figure it out ;-))
Slightly hard to find the pick-up area at Kansai, despite having printed the map diagram but it all worked out. Return was super easy.
