Everything was great

Very reliable wifi connection. Did not experience any glitch and transaction in claiming and returning the gadget was very smooth.

Traveled throughout Japan for 9 days. Would have literally been lost without this device. It was easy to order online, arrived on time at our first hotel, and convenient to mail back at the end of our trip. User friendly experience—especially for foreigners! I will definitely be using Japan Wireless again for future needs.

This is the second time I've rented from Japan Wireless. Customer service is excellent. I had a pocket wifi that had a battery issue and a replacement was promptly sent. Pocket wifi is easy to use and connection is fast. Thank you!

Rented wifi service for a week. So easy to book online and collect at the airport. Pick location easy to find and return by post. Did not have any issue using it for a week. Signal is strong. Recommended to everyone traveling to Japan!

Overall satisfied, specially with the delivery to hotel option. Instructions on how to make the SIM work needs more detail as had to figure it out myself after following all instructions and SIM still did not work
