Very Reliable, fast, and convenient. We just pick it up at the airport and return it at the airport as well. We used it for almost 24/7 and we got no problems. It comes with a power bank as well as back up when you did not charge it at night. We used it on multiple device and still the speed is reliable. We will rent again to this japan wireless on our next japan visit.

Wonderful experience

Wow, this was so easy to arrange and pickup. Gear was excellent and even had an additional powerbank. Was a godsend for us.
