Easy, quick, reliable

Easy to put on and works perfectly!

The SIM card I bought worked perfectly.
Also the customers support is very reliable and they are very fast to respond to any questions/changes that may be needed.

Ordered, Picked up at specified location and returned hassle free. Great service. My go to wireless when in Japan.

Easy, hassle-free pick up and drop. Great wifi speed and battery easily lasted the entire day.

Good coverage. Pickup at Kansai Airport e return at Narita.

The pocket wifi worked well; in just a few situations and had no connection. The delivery process was impeccable (the hotel front desk had the device waiting for me when I checked in) and the return process was very simple. I will definitely rent another pocket wifi for my next trip to Japan.

The pickup booth in the airport was easy to find. And dropping off was easy as well. The service also worked flawlessly during my entire trip.

The perfect way to have internet in Japan as a visitor. Pocket wi-fi is a must for a trip in Japan and this model is really easy to pick-up, use and give back.

The whole process is quite simple, from the online reservation, having the device sent to the hotel, and return via postal service. The device works quite well and Japan Wireless has the best pricing. I've had to travel to Japan 6 times since 2022 and have rented from them 4 times.
