Estuvimos en Japón durante 15 dias y alquilamos el poquet Wifi con Japan Wireless, el dispositivo nos duraba cargado todo el dia, aunque siempre llevabamos la bateria externa por si acaso. Lo teniamos encendido unas 12/13h al dia i nunca nos dio ningún problema. Si algo tengo seguro es que al volver a Japón confiare con sus servicios otra vez.

We've rented from Japan Wireless several times with great result each time. We have it shipped to our first hotel so we pick it up on check-in then drop at the airport mail box on the way out.

I was able to install the esim very quickly, and it worked immediately upon arrival to Japan. The process was easy. The internet was great at all times. It was easy to get more data when I ran out of it. Really recommend!

I have used Japan Wireless for the last 3 trips I have made to Japan. The customer service is impeccable as is the coverage and ease of use of the pocket WiFi routers.
