As first time visitor to Japan I looked around at various eSIM data offerings. Being here for 3 weeks I wanted to be sure to have enough data to use my iPhone extensively. OK I overshot. After 2 weeks I used 11GB of my 50 GB. Had always good 4G connectivity. Only drawback it does NOT let you use the iPhone as hotspot which would at times been useful with the iPad.

Very pleased with this WiFi. Simple to connect and worked well. I connected 3 phones with no problem.

Easy and seamless. Good battery life, easy to carry. Connected 24/7 for entire trip.

We had a great experience with Japan Wireless overall. The routers were delivered by the time we reached our hotels, we never had issues with speed, and coverage was great throughout Japan, even when we went to Aomori and Hakodate. Highly recommend!

Great service/product

The WiFi rental was great. The additional power pack came in very handy at times when we were out and about over 8 hours. Easy to pick up and drop off.

Clear instructions. While I would have to reboot the device a few times, the connectivity was excellent and I felt that we received good value for price. Having unlimited data was great.

The service was smooth and continuous, exactly as explained beforehand, with clear and accurate procedures from start to finish. Everything went as expected, without a single issue. I rated 4 out of 5 only because the stand was difficult to find at the airport due to insufficient signage.
In the whole: Highly Recommended!
