The pocket WiFi was easy to use. I couldn't get WiFi in an interior room on the cruise ship when in port. Outside the room on the decks it worked well. I would use it again.

Works good, easy to use. Long battery and very interesting prices.

This little Wifi device works very well and provides excellent wifi coverage. The battery typically lasts a full day and recharges quickly. A great alternative to purchasing a local sim card.

Bonne expérience, toute notre expérience dans les rues au Japon a été sécurisé grâce à cet équipement.

Took 10 seconds to get started. Did not have any issues at all. Dropped it off in the mailbox at the airport on the way home.

Great service. Delivery and performance were excellent

The esim started working immediately at the airport on arrival. Throughout my stay in Japan, I had no issues with connectivity.Very reassuring.

Easy to set up on phone. Wish that could choose specific number of days for 4G coverage.

Great product, very compact, appreciated the extra battery charger because I have run out of charge in the past but didn't need it this time. Only difficulty was finding the pick up location at Kansai airport. I would definitely rent a pocket wi-fi through Japan Wireless again.

Always internet available, very nice
