The best coverage and battery life, plus the extra battery is such a lovely addition and so helpful! I had a problem with the device but contacted customer support and they solved the problem within a couple of hours (it just needed resetting). Such a good service!

It was very easy to retrieve this from the airport post and send it back by mail. Didn't need to recharge as full charge lasts up to 12 hours. We were out by 8AM and back by 10PM and never did I need to recharge on-the-go. Truly unlimited, streamed netflix and GoT with no problem while traveling. :) Thank you Japan Wireless!

Worked very well through most of the trip through Southern Japan. Some spotty coverage in Mountain areas. Would definately would rent it again. Easy pickup and drop off
