The hotspot worked well and was very useful as we navigated our way in unfamiliar and new places.

Thank you again for the easy to use wifi we ordered. Always delivered in a timely manner!
Convenient drop off at all airport 📪

Le pocket wifi était livré à notre hôtel à notre arrivée. Nous l'avons utilisé en continu pendant un mois, sans aucun problème et restitué facilement à l'aéroport
Donc totalement satisfaits

I have used Japan Wireless for my Internet needs for the past several years, and they just get better and better. There was no Internet disruption and I had consistent, reliable & fast Internet whenever I needed it. Forget the sim card! Pocket Wifi is the way to go. Internet anywhere provides connection on multiple devices & the communication that you need to stay in touch with friends & loved ones. Would definitely use again.

Like every time I have to go to Japan I chose Japan Wireless and as always it met my expectations. The simplicity of management, connection and return make it the best choice.

Pick up at Haneda Airport was quite easy, device worked without any fault strongly and reliably all over three weeks, return was a breeze - strongly recommend it, thank you!

Easy airport pick up and drop off. Device worked perfectly and had reliable signal throughout our trip in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. We had two devices constantly connected to the WiFi every day without issues. Suggest having two battery packs if you’re going to be out from morning to night.

this is your go to device for your wifi network connection anywhere in japan! Easy to use…reliable…easy pick up and drop off at the airport. It also comes with a portable charger so your device is always kept chatged!

As I was traveling with 2 devices, I opted for the pocket wifi with unlimited access instead of individual roaming plans limiting me to 3-5 GB for the whole trip or getting separate SIM cards. Experienced smooth access with no drop in service. The battery was long-lasting and I never had to use the included portable charger. My traveling companions also shared the signal with no issues.
Collection and return at Fukuoka Airport was simple.
Only negative was having to carry an extra item in the bag, but it is very small and light. I am very likely to use their service for future trips to Japan.
