Very happy with using Japan Wireless pocket wi-fi. No signal lost, great speed. Perfect!

Franchement super!

As part of the "over 50 years old" group, I was somewhat skeptical that I would be able to use the device. With only minor assistance from clerks at the rental desk, I found the device to be easy to use with my cell phone. The only issue I had centered on usage of the external battery. It was slow to charge - although it is possible I was not using it well. I was extremely pleased with the return process. That process proved to be very easy and convenient. On my next visit, I will definitely us the your services again. Thank you.

This device was perfect and the service arrangement made it very easy to pick up and drop off. Thanks!

this is wonderful and easy! we were in Japan for 2 weeks, we collected is as described at the airport quick and easy, and it worked almost immidiately. It worked at any place and any time the whole two weeks. THe only thing is the battery survives limited hours a day (but long I think for 8 hours ) and then you have to recharg it. But no problem just keep your recharger with you. I loved this product!

i never go to japan without it❤️

The service is as simple as useful! No special configuration, no extra fees and good internet connection almost everywhere

Great

Easy to use. The pick up and drop of process was straightforward as well, making it easy for the customer to return.
