Very good service and better device

Overall, I was satisfied with this device, and found it quite useful. One complaint is that the extra battery did not hold much charge. Please test batteries before releasing them to customers.

Everything about this service worked without hitch. Collection from PO at airport, everyone was connected within seconds. Used every day on 2 week trip, worked fine on subway and everywhere we went. Battery pack also very good and meant we could go all day. And was a very price too.
