We traveled around in Japan and the "premium Wifi" was a great travel companion. Great coverage and trouble free internet access.

Great service and product!

Internet coverage and speed is excellent

Indispensable pour être autonome au Japon. Permet de gagner du temps. Service commercial parfait.

Second time ordering pocket WiFi on japan wireless! Great customer service and easy to order!! Their pocket WiFi Is new and speed is stable!!

I used it for almost a month. Worked very well. I am a heavy user, and the unlimited data was great for me. The only thing I did not like: I did not succeed to opetate the hotspot. I sent a message on messenger, but did not get a response. If hotspot is not crucial for you - get the Japan-wireless sim.

We are so glad we spent the time to review and find this product. My husband and I both agreed it was very advantageous to have this wifi with us! Every service they provided was very, very good. My husband was not convinced before our trip. At the end of our trip, he was more then grateful for it!!!

Really easy process and easy to use WiFi for Japan.

Been to japan many times. Have been using this mobile wifi provider eversince.. Best price and best service. Easy to return prior leaving japan, just use japan post mail boxes at the international airport.

We spent 3 weeks in Japan in September 2019. Prior to leaving Australia, we booked and requested if we could have the items delivered to our hotel the next day of our arrival as we arriving late that night. The item was given to us on arrival all set up ready to go. We had no problem with the wi-fi throughout Japan which also include a cruise around the main island. I highly recommend Japan Wireless network.
