The device is just nice with reasonable price.

Iv used Japan-wireless for 5-6years and both, customer service and WIFI have been great. Iv traveled from Tokyo to Uji Koyto with no issues.

So easy to arrange from overseas, took a lot of the stress out!

Every time we have travelled to Japan in the last 10 years, we have used Japan Wireless. We are heading back early in 2023 and will be using them again. They are fast and reliable. The delivery is simple, and returns are even easier. Their customer service and technical support was excellent. I have no hesitation recommending them.

This will be my 4th rental from Japan Wireless. They provide lightning fast wireless modems, excellent service and competitive prices. Delivery has always been on time; returns are very easy.

We have gotten wifi from Japan Wireless twice before and have booked for a third time. Works great, price is right. We are able to have wifi on everyone's phones and it just works. I drop it in my bag with and forget about it. Highly recommended!
