Works perfect all over Japan. Service was reliable, punctual

Having a reliable wifi connection everywhere we went in Japan was essential. It was great that our family of four could connect all of our devices at the same time. Having access through Japan Wireless' premium wifi service to online maps saved us from getting lost more than once and it was great to be able to stream content on train journeys around Japan

Reliable connection almost everywhere we went in Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima. Battery life was surprisingly good, we could use 12-13 hours per day without any problems.

The process was absolutely seamless. The pocket wifi worked at all times and the battery life was surprisingly long. It comes with a portable charger, but I didn't need to use it. Connection was consistent and the internet speed was just as fast as my connection here in NY. I would use this service again when we return.
