We found it very helpful and adequately designed as well priced during our tour

Great service, coverage and convenient options for pickup/drop off

Japan Wireless was so easy & seamless to use. Ordered online to be sent to our hotel & it was waiting on arrival. Great wifi service throughout our trip (some minor issues that required restarting). Easy to use & super easy to ship back at the airport. Highly recommend!

It was great having a pocket wifi. Easy to use and small. Would get again.

Best smooth transaction. Device worked through our entire trip. Easy set up. Clear pick up and drop off

Worked everywhere, so easy to use, and kept me connected to home while traveling. Also, pick up and drop off at Narita was soooooo easy.
