I use Japan Wireless everytime I go to Japan and their service is ALWAYS EXCELLENT!

4 users on one pocket wifi. Usually reliable. On some occasions would drop connection and need to be restarted

Worked as expected

Thank you very much.

My wife and I used this for our two phones and never saw a service interruption. Only when we got in certain tunnels, did we see a slightly slower load speed but 9 times out of ten it worked even then!
It was super helpful to have the power bank, but we only used it on days that we were out and about for more than 10 hours.

Worked great for me during my Japan visit. I will use again.

Everything worked smoothly, found the SIM card at my hotel, installation instructions included, worked well

Didn\'t have any issues during our trip. Great option to have internet and very travel friendly

I was connected right after installing it. The connection was great and I could enjoy it during my entire trip. Overall I was satisfied!

Japan Wireless was easy and excellent service. Picking up and dropping off the unit was a snap! And the connectivity was excellent too!
