Super handy in beautiful Japan!

This Pocket wifi Really helps a lot during my stay in Japan, thank you

The arrangements to obtain and return the Wifi hotspot were excellent and convenient. The device helped immensely during my stay in Japan. I appreciated the fact that it came supplied with a battery charger and the appropriate cables. I will not hesitate to use Japan Wireless again during my next visit.

I use it everywhere, if I visit Japan again I would like to order it again.

Definitely a travel essential. Very convenient experience from booking all the way to return of unit. Japan Wireless is by far the best data service I ever had in all my travel.

Always had great wifi our whole trip.

Helped us a lot while navigating the streets of Kansai region.easy to pick up and return. Would recommend to my friends.

It was very useful. There was only one time it was a bit slow but all the other 9 days were stable.

Easy to recieve, use and return! What more could you want. We were very happy with the price and usability of this product. We will definitely use the same one on our next Japan trip :)

Excellent customer service and really convenient pocket WiFi.

I think this is the best value for money pocket WiFi service for me.

Never lose any signal even when I'm climbing Mount Fuji.. haha.

The battery last a very long time, I don't really use the provided power bank that much.

But avoid placing the pocket WiFi inside a packed bag, as it can overheat the pocket WiFi. Then only the performance will drop.

Do book your pocket WiFi in advance, at least 3days in advance. Or having the hassle to pickup from a different point. But they do provide a delivery service, but still a hassle if you have to wait for it.

We can just return the pocket WiFi at any mailbox, but I really do prefer a drop point at the airport like previously.

Overall I'm a satisfied customer
