WiFi worked well everywhere we went. It was very useful getting around on the Toky train system even underground. At one point we got on the wrong train, saw on google maps where to make a transfer and quickly got back on course. Would definitely use this company again for WiFi in Japan.

Easy and convenient.

I was bouncing around city to city and this little device really came in handy when I needed to communicate with friends and family on local trains. Super pleased!

I've been going to Japan for several year now for work and I get WIFI hotspots from Global WIFI, they have the best service and connectivity, I never lose signal even when underground in the train stations.

From the beginning to the end I received great service, the point of collection very easily found in Narita airport. Extremely kind, helpful staff. Gave me even information about other things I needed to do at Narita airport.
The router was light worked efficiently. Always had reception. Up to 10 devices could be connected. And the return of the rooter even easier. Post it in the prepaid envelope in a postbox 📮 at the departure terminal.

Pros: Easy to use, great coverage, hassle free
Cons: was very difficult to locate at airport so advise sending it to your hotel instead, drained battery and power bank didnt really work well
