This gadget was perfect for our holiday in Japan

Thank you so much for the great service. Pocket wi-fi was delivered to our hotel before we arrived, worked great and was easily returned at at airport mailbox. Highly recommend.

Ottimo prodotto. Ha funzionato sempre senza problemi. Grazie

Excellent and portable WiFi router when you are travelling around (e.g. hiking) in Japan. Easy process to reserve, pick-up and return.

We had service everywhere we went. I would highly recommend this for multiple devices. The pickup and drop off was very easy.
I will use this again on our next trip.

I ordered a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless with no problems. It was delivered to the hotel I requested, was able to pick it up at check-in, and was able to use it right away. I was able to drop it off in the mailbox at Haneda airport before going through security, using the self-addressed postal envelope that came with it. I recommend Japan Wireless if you need to get a pocket wifi in Japan.

Fully charged it will last the whole day! Extra battery pack is clutch! We had no issues at all! Highly recommend! Pick up easy at airport and before you hit security gates for departure you just simply drop off at airport mailbox! So convenient!

Getting the Japan Wireless pocket wifi was one of the best decisions we made in this trip. They delivered it right to our hotel, the device worked fantastic the whole trip with no issues and good battery life, and the drop off at the airport mailbox was super convenient. Will absolutely get it again for our next trip.
